In addition to emerging risks, the event covered topics including BSA, cryptocurrency, mergers, fraud, national issues, rising real estate/auto values, information security, and commercial loans.

“This presentation was a little different than our previous conversations with state regulators,” Chiappetta said. “With so many potential areas to discuss, we had a lively review of everything from credit concerns to risk modeling to misunderstanding of probability decision making. This was a great discussion to have at this point of the economic cycle.”
